From tax consulting and group accounting to leading the finance and accounting function of a social institution: my career is defined by combining professional expertise, leadership responsibility and the continuous improvement of processes and structures.
My consulting background laid the foundation — accuracy, reliability and a sharp eye for numbers. What drives me further is the question of how accounting can be made better, leaner and more future-proof: through well-designed processes, through automation — and increasingly through the meaningful use of AI.
Equally important to me is how I lead: on equal footing, with genuine respect for the work of every individual on the team. In my experience, improvement works best where people feel heard.
Alongside my career, I'm a passionate golfer. Competing in national and international tournaments has taught me to work consistently towards a goal over long periods. This mindset shapes both my sporting and my professional approach.
Responsible for the finance and accounting function with a focus on bookkeeping, payroll and controlling. Leading and developing the team as well as initiating and implementing digitalisation projects to optimise processes and structures.
As head of the Accounting Generation & Energy department, responsible for the accounting of twelve group companies as well as intercompany settlements. In addition, leadership responsibility for and oversight of central accounting processes.

In addition to my main role, I work as a trainer: the Finance module in the Bachelor Professional programme as well as cost accounting in the certified bookkeeper training. Building on the WIFI Powertrainer qualification (adult education didactics, 2024).
Ongoing development along digitalisation, automation and — as the next step — the meaningful use of artificial intelligence in accounting. My enthusiasm for this topic is perhaps best illustrated by the fact that this website itself was built with the help of AI.
